This roadmap outlines the development and marketing roadmap for Vanswap in the upcoming one and half years towards the end of 2023. However, specific features may be subject to modification according to the market and actual operation circumstances.

Phase I: $VAN

In the first stage, $Van is the spotlight and things are built around it.

• Introduce Van, the platform token, and its tokenomics

• Launch Van IDO

• Open farms and staking pools

• Website upgrade and web3.0 integration

• Community & Social Media Build

Phase II: NFT & DAO

In the second stage, NFT will be introduced and incorporated into the DAO governance.

• Launch DAO, the governance feature, and transfer ownership

• Introduce NFT, the governance participating token, and its tokenomics

• Introduce the Boost Yield feature on the farms

• Streamline swap/liquidity UX

• Launchpad preparation

• Marketing Round #2

Phase III: Launchpad

In the third stage, expansion is the theme when the core functions of Vanswap have reached their steady state. We will open a launchpad to support exceptional projects in the Vision Network.

• Launch launchpad IDO

• Launchpad NFT INO

• Integrate Vision Bridge V2.0 and support multi-chain operation

• Launch decentralized derivatives products

• Integrate other infrastructures on the Vision Ecosystem, such as lending&borrowing and Victorlink

• Ownership fully transferred to DAO

• Marketing Round #3

Phase IV: Growth

In the final stage, Vanswap is continued to grow as expected in terms of user base and TVL. Eventually, it will become the flagship DEX for the Vision Network, much like Pancakeswap to the BSC and Uniswap to the Ethereum Network.

• Become the largest Defi platform on Vision Network

• TVL reaches $100 million

• Community reaches 100,000+

• Projects launched reach 50+, total raised reaches $10 million
